We manufacture prototypes, test samples, individual pieces and series components from a wide variety of composite materials.
The range of applications for the manufactured components extends from simple covers to cladding parts with special fire protection requirements and precise semi-finished slabs to load-bearing structural components. The component dimensions can be only a few square centimetres, but also a few square metres. The smallest structure produced by us so far weighed only a few grams, the most robust 45 kg with a volume of approx. 5 m³ and the largest approx. 1,500 kg with a converted space of almost 50 m³, which could be increased by approx. 16 m³ if required.
Depending on the requirements, different manufacturing processes are used in the production of moulded parts:
- RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding)
- RTM light
- Vacuum infusion
- Wet pressing
- Hand lay-up
- Watering
- Splicing
The negative moulds required for component production can be manufactured by us in various construction methods. However, we also manufacture in moulds and tools provided by the customer.
