{"id":109,"date":"2018-03-09T09:44:28","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/531-style.com\/?page_id=109"},"modified":"2018-04-20T07:19:37","modified_gmt":"2018-04-20T06:19:37","slug":"bauteilfertigung","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/novacom-ac.de\/gb\/bauteilfertigung","title":{"rendered":"Manufacturing"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-200 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/novacom-ac.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/IMG_6019-e1520632200179.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We manufacture prototypes, test samples, individual pieces and series components from a wide variety of composite materials.<\/p>\n<p>The range of applications for the manufactured components extends from simple covers to cladding parts with special fire protection requirements and precise semi-finished slabs to load-bearing structural components. The component dimensions can be only a few square centimetres, but also a few square metres. The smallest structure produced by us so far weighed only a few grams, the most robust 45 kg with a volume of approx. 5 m\u00b3 and the largest approx. 1,500 kg with a converted space of almost 50 m\u00b3, which could be increased by approx. 16 m\u00b3 if required.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the requirements, different manufacturing processes are used in the production of moulded parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding)<\/li>\n<li>RTM light<\/li>\n<li>Vacuum infusion<\/li>\n<li>Wet pressing<\/li>\n<li>Hand lay-up<\/li>\n<li>Watering<\/li>\n<li>Splicing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The negative moulds required for component production can be manufactured by us in various construction methods.
