\nNous d\u00e9veloppons et fabriquons pour le compte de nos clients des composants ayant des exigences diff\u00e9rentes pour un accumulateur d’\u00e9nergie de volant d’inertie.<\/p>\n

Les pi\u00e8ces mobiles dont la fonction ressemble \u00e0 celle d’un ressort \u00e0 disque doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences de pr\u00e9cision particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es en termes de concentricit\u00e9 et de dimensions de montage. Par cons\u00e9quent, ces composants sont fabriqu\u00e9s dans un outil en acier calibr\u00e9 et tremp\u00e9 aux dimensions finales et ne n\u00e9cessitent aucun autre traitement apr\u00e8s durcissement.<\/p>\n

Nous fabriquons des pi\u00e8ces du carter de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 entourant le rotor avec une matrice de r\u00e9sine ph\u00e9nolique dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 RTM afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature et de comportement au feu. Les outils en b\u00e9ton polym\u00e8re avec matrice et surface en r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s appropri\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet. Ces composants sont \u00e9galement fabriqu\u00e9s aux dimensions finales et ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de traitement ult\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n

Ceci s’applique \u00e9galement aux composants du bo\u00eetier de vide, o\u00f9 l’accent est mis sur la teneur en air la plus faible possible dans le stratifi\u00e9 afin de minimiser les pertes de vide possibles \u00e0 l’avance. Une teneur en air inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,1 % peut \u00eatre assur\u00e9e par un contr\u00f4le sp\u00e9cial du processus et une fermeture particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9tanche des moules en b\u00e9ton polym\u00e8re.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
